Michael C. Rotter, Assistant Professor, Utah Valley UniversityGrowing up in Michigan I was fascinated with plants. As an undergraduate at Northern Michigan University I took this fascination with plants and became a dedicated botanist. This allowed me to escalate my love of the natural world and set me off on a long road of natural history and ecological study. In my free time I enjoy bicycles, botany, and birding.
